Moorestown, NJ – October 6, 2026 – Navien, Inc., the number one selling brand of gas tankless water heaters and condensing wall-hung boilers in the United States, today held a grand opening event for its upgraded New Jersey Training Academy. The dedicated East Coast facility enhances Navien’s training capabilities and provides contractors, distributors, sales representatives, and other industry professionals with greater access to hands-on education and technical resources.
The grand opening event gave attendees an opportunity to tour the new facility and its two expanded classrooms, experience a hands-on training environment featuring Navien products across plumbing, HVAC, and water treatment, and connect with key stakeholders supporting Navien’s business across North America.
Designed as a working environment rather than simply a classroom, the New Jersey Training Academy will provide opportunities for participants to work directly with Navien products and technologies. Training will incorporate installation, commissioning, operation, diagnostics, and troubleshooting exercises designed to reflect real-world applications and job-site conditions. The Academy will support training across Navien’s growing portfolio while providing a platform for professionals to learn about new technologies and applications. Its programs will evolve alongside Navien’s product offerings and the needs of the industry.

In addition to regularly scheduled public courses, Navien provides customized or dedicated training programs for distribution partners, contractor groups, and strategic partners.
The New Jersey Training Academy will support training across Navien’s growing portfolio while providing a platform for professionals to learn about new technologies and applications. Its programs will evolve alongside Navien’s product offerings and the needs of the industry.
